Morgan Wallen Is Living Rent-Free In "SNL's" Head

It's been a week. Morgan Wallen's moved on, but "Saturday Night Live" has not. The first show following Wallen's abrupt exit from the stage features not one but two call-backs to the incident. In Saturday night's episode, the cold open (a skit about Donald Trump and Elon Musk) features a reference to Wallen's social media post saying "Get me to God's country," with "Trump" talking about McDonald island like it was filled with fast food, using Wallen's caption as the punch line to the joke. Later, during "Weekend Update," Colin Jost also brought up the country singer, saying "money is leaving the stock market faster than Morgan Wallen at 'goodnight'." Check out both the cold open and "Weekend Update"
