Randy White, the husband of country music star Lorrie Morgan, died yesterday at 72-years-old from mouth cancer. Morgan, a Grand Ole Opry member, announced his diagnosis in April 2024 and canceled concerts in April to be with him after he was hospitalized. White, a retired Nashville entrepreneur, was married to Morgan for 17 years after their private beachside wedding in 2010. Morgan called him her “partner and rock,” saying their family was devastated. They shared Morgan’s two children, White’s four, 15 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Morgan’s son, Jesse Keith Whitley, posted a tribute on Facebook, noting he was with White during his final moments in hospice. The family asked for privacy and prayers, with funeral plans still pending.
