This years Inductees for inclusion in the Country Music Hall of Fame are out and if you love June Carter Cash- Kenny Chesney or know who Tony Brown is your favorite country artist made it in.
So far there are 155 country artists who’ve made it in but according to the music magazine the BOOT there are sixty two deserving Hall of Fame worthy artists who may have felt neglected. Each year the Hall of Fame adds three new members- a Modern Artist- a Veteran and one from a rotating category. This year’s category was NON-PERFORMER which means a producer- songwriter - record label person or media personality made it in. So far Bobby Gentry-Blake Shelton- Dwight Yoakum and Hank Jr. are still waiting. The rest of the list is at theboot.com
