Taylor Swift made USA TODAY- for her alleged lack of fashion sense according to a select group of sea creatures. Taylor Swift was recently seen wearing a vintage sea otter t-shirt from the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The Aquarium - Swifties - and crustacean lovers all noticed it. The Aquarium says it sold $2.3 million dollars-worth of shirts to Swifties which was good for their Sea Otters program. That’s when the Tortured Crustaceans Department of the American Federation of Marine Invertebrates wrote their letter on behalf of assorted mollusks, sea urchins and clams condemning Taylor Swift for endorsing Sea Otters (which love to eat crustaceans). Crusty sea creature lovers reminded Taylor Swift that seeing a crab-spouse swept up by an otter, held on the otter’s belly and then smashed open with a rock was more jarring than a bad breakup. They hoped she would reconsider her choice of t-shirts. You can't make this stuff up.
