It's Cookie Exchange Week and why not? Everyone enjoys good homemade cookies. Cookie Exchange Week gives us all a reason to bake and hang out with family and friends. Just be sure that there’s plenty of cold milk and coffee to go around..Imagine mixed platters of Lemon Squares, Sugar cookies, Oatmeal Raisins, Gingerbread men, Chocolate Chips - Snickerdoodles and Molasses cookies. Some people cheat and dip Double Stuffs in fudge (really anything you bring is fine). At the end of the day, split the batches up evenly and send a good mixed batch home with everyone.
