Bill Dance Signature Lake upgrades will cause the boat ramps at Winchester City Park to be close temporarily.
The Boat ramps and docks at Winchester City Park will be closed from January 12 through March 31. In a Facebook post Mayor Sean Crabtrees office posted that the closures will be for upgrades thanks to the Bill Dance Signature Lakes program through the Tennessee Department of tourist Development. The ramps and docks have to be closed during the construction.
