Beginning Thursday Duck River Electric will begin recording inbound calls to  their Member Service Representatives for training and quality assurance. To protect your financial data, they will no longer process credit card payments over a recorded phone line. Representatives will route customers wishing to pay with a credit card to their secure interactive voice system. If you prefer to make a payment with a real person you will need to visit their office between 8 AM and 5PM Monday through Friday.
