Fayetteville Police are investigating a domestic conflict that escalated into a reported stabbing.

Fayetteville Police are investigating a domestic conflict that escalated into a reported stabbing. Police and Lincoln EMS Paramedics were called to a home in the 400 block of Cherry Street about 8:45 last night. Details are sketchy but a 36-year-old man was booked into the Lincoln County jail about 10:40 last night charged with domestic assault. Shamario Burnette is being held on a 3-thousand-dollar bond. A 38-year-old woman was also booked into the jail at 10;32 last night charged with criminal trespass and domestic assault. Tasha Moore is also being held on a 3-thousand-dollar bond. It was not immediately known if the two arrest are related.
