A 28-year-old man is in the Franklin County Jail in Winchester after being arrested About 9:45 Saturday night. Timothy Lemons was charged with criminal trespassing, shoplifting and burglary. He is being held on bonds totaling 30-thousand-dollar.
A 37-year-old woman is in the Franklin County jail charged with domestic assault, aggravated assault and two other unspecified charges. Charlotte Nigg was arrested Saturday afternoon and booked into the jail shortly before 3 p.m.
A 24-year-old woman is be1ng held in the Franklin County jail on a Federal Detainer. Anna Clark is also charged with being a fugitive from justice and driving under the influence. She was arrested late Friday night and is being held without bond.
