Moore and Coffee County schools are closed due to a surge in the number of flu cases being reported.

Moore and Coffee County schools are closed due to a surge in the number of flu cases being reported. Both systems will reopen Tuesday following the Presidents Day holiday Monday. The CDC in its weekly flu report is showing the entire state of Tennessee in the very high range of number of reported flu like illnesses. Lincoln County Schools will be closed today but not due to illness. Today is a Staff Development Day. Lincoln county students return Tuesday as well.
