Project Lifesaver Funraiser Set For August 27 in Fayetteville

Project Lifesaver Lincoln County will hold a fundraiser August 27.

Project Lifesaver is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization that provides a proven and effective method for locating individuals who are prone to wandering due to cognitive impairments. A fundraiser for the Lincoln County Project Lifesaver is planned for August 27. I talked with Lincoln County Deputy Sam Smiley, who is the coordinator about this program. This years fund raiser will be held at Dairy Queen on Huntsville Highway August 27^th from 4 till 7 p.m. with Dairy Queen giving 10 percent of purchases to Project Lifesaver.
