A 25-year-old woman is behind bars on charges of child abuse, neglect or endangerment.
A 25-year-old woman is in the Lincoln County jail charged with child abuse, neglect or endangerment. Sara Shoptaw was booked into the jail about 8:15 Tuesday night. She is being held on a 15-hundred dollar bond.
